Accessibility

Last updated: 2026-06-04

We want everyone to be able to browse, compare, and buy on Airtaz — regardless of ability or the assistive technology they use. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkbox.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML and labelled controls so screen readers can navigate the site.
  • Full keyboard navigation — you can shop and check out without a mouse.
  • Color contrast that meets the WCAG AA minimum (4.5:1 for body text).
  • Text that resizes cleanly and layouts that reflow on smaller screens.
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system.
  • Descriptive alternative text on product imagery where source data provides it.

Known limitations

Our catalog is large and sourced from manufacturer data, so some product images may be missing descriptive alt text, and a small number of older pages may not yet meet every guideline. We treat these as bugs and fix them as we find them — and we’d rather hear about them from you than miss them.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of the site is difficult to use with your assistive technology, please email support@airtaz.comwith the page and what went wrong. We’ll respond within one business day and, if you need help completing a purchase in the meantime, we’ll assist you directly.

For order, return, or warranty questions, the contact page lists the fastest channel for each.
