Every product we sell carries its manufacturer’s standard warranty. We’ll help you initiate the claim either way.
How warranty coverage works
Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The vendor — HP, Lenovo, Dell, etc. — is the entity honoring the claim, but you don’t have to deal with them alone. We’ll initiate the claim with them on your behalf and stay in the loop until it’s resolved.

What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Component failures under normal use
- DOA (dead on arrival) — replace at no cost within 30 days of delivery
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, power surges) — consider an extended ADP plan at purchase
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software issues unrelated to hardware defects
- Consumables (batteries with reduced capacity after years of use, etc.)
How to file a claim
- Email warranty@airtaz.com with your order number, the SKU, and a clear description of the issue.
- Include photos or a short video if the issue is visible — speeds up triage.
- We’ll respond within one business day with either a return authorization (for DOA / 30-day defects) or with the manufacturer’s claim instructions and our case reference.
- For onsite warranties, the manufacturer dispatches a technician directly.
Extending coverage
Many manufacturers offer extended warranty plans (HP Care Pack, Lenovo Premier Support, Dell ProSupport, etc.). These are typically purchased separately and registered against the device serial number. If you’d like help selecting an extended plan, email sales@airtaz.com.
