30 days. Prepaid label. No restocking fees on unopened items.

What we accept

  • Unopened items in original sealed packaging — full refund, no restocking fee, within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened items in like-new condition — accepted within 30 days; 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Defective items — accepted anytime within the manufacturer’s warranty period at no cost to you.

What we can't accept

  • Custom-configured or built-to-order systems
  • Opened software licenses, digital downloads, or activated subscriptions
  • Consumables (ink, toner, batteries) once opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (use the manufacturer warranty instead — see warranty)

How to start a return

  1. Email returns@airtaz.com with your order number (visible on your account) and a brief reason.
  2. We’ll reply within one business day with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a prepaid UPS shipping label.
  3. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop off at any UPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically 3–5 business days after drop-off), your refund is issued.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method.

  • Credit card: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Debit card: 5–10 business days; some banks take up to 14

You’ll get an email confirmation the moment the refund is initiated on our end. If you haven’t seen it in your account after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll trace it.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges — return for a refund, then place a new order. This gets you the replacement faster than juggling a swap internally, and keeps pricing accurate.

Wrong item or damaged on arrival

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and, where possible, send a replacement at no charge. Photograph the issue and email returns@airtaz.com within 48 hours of delivery.
