Placing & tracking orders
Add items to your cart, click Checkout, and complete payment with any major credit card via Stripe. You’ll receive a confirmation email within a couple of minutes. Live status is on your orders page.
You may see any of these statuses:
- Processing — payment received, we’re preparing for fulfillment.
- In fulfillment — your order has been forwarded to our distributor and assigned a warehouse.
- Shipped — left the warehouse; tracking is in your email and on your orders page.
- On hold — we hit a snag (e.g. stock changed between order and fulfillment); our team will reach out within one business day.
Shipping
Most orders ship the same or next business day from one of five US warehouses. Standard ground is 2–5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $99; expedited services are calculated at checkout.

Returns
30-day return window from delivery date. Unopened items get a full refund. Opened items in like-new condition are accepted with a possible 15% restocking fee. Email returns@airtaz.com with your order number to start.

Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Most business hardware is 1-year limited (some 3-year onsite). We’ll help initiate the claim directly with the vendor.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Your card is charged at checkout and the funds settle once we’ve verified stock and forwarded fulfillment.
If a product becomes unavailable between order and forwarding, we contact you within one business day to confirm or refund. You’ll never be double-charged.
We don’t store your card number. Stripe handles all payment data and we only see the last 4 digits for receipt purposes.
Account & sign-in
Creating an account is optional — you can check out as a guest using email only. If you do create one, you’ll be able to see your order history, save addresses for faster checkout, and track shipments without rooting around in old emails.

Want to delete your account? Email privacy@airtaz.comwith the subject “Delete my account”. We process requests within 30 days.

Security & privacy
The whole site runs on HTTPS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We don’t sell or rent customer data and we don’t use third-party advertising cookies.

Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current state/local rates. We collect and remit tax in jurisdictions where we have nexus.
If you’re tax-exempt (resale certificate, 501(c)(3), government entity), email sales@airtaz.com with your documentation before placing the order so we can apply the exemption.
Business orders
Buying for a business is the same as personal purchase — use the business name in the shipping address and we’ll route to the right loading dock. For larger orders (10+ units), custom configuration, or terms (net-30, PO-based ordering), reach out to sales@airtaz.com.
We can quote against a specific bill of materials, source SKUs that aren’t shown on the storefront (anything in the Ingram catalog is potentially available), and provide invoices that meet your AP team’s requirements.
Stock & pricing
Stock levels shown on each product page reflect distributor inventory across all five warehouses. We refresh them several times a day, and verify again at the moment of checkout. If something sells out between when you added it to cart and when you pay, we’ll hold the order, contact you, and refund if you’d rather not wait for restock.
Pricing follows manufacturer MAP (minimum advertised price) rules where applicable. If you see a price drop within 30 days of purchase, email us — we’ll honor the lower price.
