Where we ship from
We fulfill orders from Ingram Micro’s five US distribution centers:
- Mira Loma, CA — west coast same-day cutoff 4pm PT
- Fort Worth, TX — central US same-day cutoff 4pm CT
- Carol Stream, IL — midwest same-day cutoff 4pm CT
- Moore, SC — southeast same-day cutoff 4pm ET
- Hazelton, PA — northeast same-day cutoff 4pm ET
Our system automatically picks the warehouse closest to your shipping address to minimize transit time.
Where we ship to
All 50 US states plus DC. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations.
For business addresses with loading docks or special access requirements, please use the “Address line 2” field at checkout to add notes for the carrier.

Transit times begin the business day after the order ships. Saturday/Sunday and federal holidays do not count.
Processing time
Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 4pm local warehouse time, otherwise the next business day. Large or backorder-eligible items may take 1–2 additional business days; we’ll notify you by email if there’s any delay.
Tracking
As soon as the carrier picks up your package, we email tracking details automatically. You can also see live status on your account orders page.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim. Lost-in-transit packages are typically resolved within 7 business days; we’ll either reship or refund based on stock availability.
