By using Airtaz or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. We’ve tried to write them in plain English. If anything’s unclear, email legal@airtaz.com.
1. Who we are
“Airtaz,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Airtaz, a subsidiary of Ringmor Inc., located at 23181 Verdugo Drive, Ste 100A, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (the storefront operator). “You” refers to the visitor or customer using this site.
2. Accounts
You can browse and check out as a guest, or create an optional account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@airtaz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to create an account or place an order.
3. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by emailing your order acknowledgment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (we’ll refund in full if we do) for reasons including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Product unavailability or pricing errors
- Shipping address outside our service area
- Bulk-resale activity inconsistent with our retail terms
4. Pricing & taxes
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices may change at any time prior to purchase. Once you check out, the price shown is locked in for that order.
We honor MAP (manufacturer minimum advertised price) where it applies. If we list a price below MAP in error, we may correct it before fulfillment and offer you the option to cancel.
If a product’s price drops within 30 days of your purchase, email support@airtaz.com and we’ll refund the difference.
5. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Stripe. Your card is charged at checkout. If a product becomes unavailable between order and fulfillment, we contact you within one business day to confirm continuation or refund.
6. Shipping & risk of loss
See our shipping page for service levels, transit times, and warehouse locations. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier delivery to the address on the order. Lost-in-transit packages are resolved with the carrier per our standard procedure (replacement or refund, typically within 7 business days).
7. Returns
See the returns pagefor our full policy. 30-day return window from delivery on unopened items. Defective items may be returned per the manufacturer’s warranty terms (see warranty).
8. Warranty
Products carry their manufacturer’s standard warranty. Airtaz does not provide additional warranty coverage of its own beyond what the manufacturer offers. We facilitate warranty claims at no cost to you. See the warranty page for full details and coverage tables.
9. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided “as is.” Beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Product descriptions and images come from manufacturers and third-party catalogs (Icecat). We make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate but don’t guarantee they’re error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airtaz’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or data loss.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations; in those cases your statutory rights apply.
11. Intellectual property
The Airtaz brand, logo, site design, and original content (other than product information provided by manufacturers) are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission. Manufacturer marks and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
12. Prohibited uses
- Reselling our service or scraping our catalog without written permission
- Attempting to bypass payment, security, or rate-limiting controls
- Using the site for any unlawful purpose
- Submitting fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at legal@airtaz.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, except where small claims court is the appropriate venue.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.
